What's The Difference Between Guest Checkout and Creating an Account?

When you create an account with Get My PERKS, we can check you out faster, keep your information and make it easier to access your past offers. If you ever lose a voucher or need to re-print your confirmation, it's simple if you are registered. Our site is secure as is the information you provide.

I Want To Use PART of My PERK and Save The Rest for Later. Can I Do That?

It depends. In some cases the Get My PERKS voucher must be used in ONE transaction. In some cases, it acts as a gift card and you can use it until the value is depleted. Either situation should be clearly stated on the PERK before your purchase.

If My Name is on the Get My PERKS Voucher, Can the Merchant Charge My Account?

Our merchant partners don't have access to your personal information and that includes your credit card number. In some cases, they have access to your email address, but ONLY if you have specifically opted in to be part of their database. Otherwise, they will know the name on the voucher and the voucher number.

How Will the Purchase Appear on My Credit Card Statement?

The statement will read "Get My PERKS" and may include the initials of DDB (Daily Deal Builder) who is our trusted partner and platform provider.

When I Gift a PERK, Will My Friend Have Access To My Account Info?

No. Your friend will be very happy but they can't do anything but enjoy the gift you sent.

The Merchant Won't Accept My Voucher. What Do I Do?

We're here to help -- and we want to first figure out what happened and why. Please use our customer service contact at the bottom of this page and give us as much info as we can. In most cases, we can resolve the issue. If we can't, you will be entitled to a site credit equal to your purchase. In extreme cases, we may be able to issue a cash refund or refund your credit card. Cash / credit card refunds must take place within 30 days of purchase.

Are Tax and Gratuity Included in My Purchase?

No. In most cases, the merchant is responsible for collecting tax when you redeem your PERK. In ALL cases, gratuity should be given based on your ticket amount. Be generous!

What If I Need A Refund?

You can request a refund by filling out our customer service section at the bottom of any Get My PERKS page. We offer Get My PERKS credit for any voucher that is not honored or if your experience does not meet with your expectation. Cash (or credit card) refunds are not issued after 30 days of purchase. It typically takes 2-5 business days for a customer service representative to research your request and respond but our ultimate goal is to make you happy!
